I take pride in every piece of jewelry I create. I am confident you will love your purchase, too. If for any reason you need make a return, see the returns policy below.

METHODS OF PAYMENT


Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal check or money order.
br /> ATM/Check debit card with a Visa or MC symbol on it works the same as a full fledged Visa or Mastercard credit card.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are shipped within three business days. Domestic packages are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. You will be notified if there is a delay.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All of your OPELO purchases are backed by my satisfaction guaranteed policy. If for any reason you wish to return an item, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in its original condition. Carefully pack the item to ensure safe shipping. Broken merchandise is not refundable.

Include a note specifying reason for return, whether you would like an exchange or a refund. I can issue a gift certificate for the refund amount to redeem at another time.
I do not accept C.O.D. returns. Be sure the postage is fully paid before returning and I encourage you to insure your package. Shipping charges are refunded only if the item is defective.
