Several years ago a colleague would regularly show up at work wearing a beautiful necklace she created over the weekend. "Oh it’s so easy," she would respond modestly. One day she invited me to go with her to a bead show. "A bead show?" I thought, "Hmmm…is there really such a thing?" "Sure, I’d love to go." That’s all it took. I bought and bought as if I knew what I were doing. I would arrange a pattern, string it onto thread and carefully carry it to my friend to turn it into something wearable. After doing many of these necklaces for me, she said, "No more! You learn how to do it yourself!" I was panicked! I can’t do this! After a quick lesson from her, I was on my way and I’ve never stopped.

Over the years my love for designing beautiful pieces has flourished. I am always looking for that special craftsman with original sterling silver or 24K GF clasps, the best in Venetian/Murano glass, fabulous lampwork glass beads and the best quality semi-precious gemstones, pearls and Swarovski crystals available. You will not find plastic or fake stones in any of my work. Everything is strung on either sterling or 24K gold wire. The joy for me comes in combining these exceptional finds and creating unique, top-quality pieces that you will treasure wearing for years.
